  • Manage team members
  • Configure settings

Editor

  • Create and edit content
  • Publish documentation
  • No access to settings

Viewer

  • View documentation
  • Cannot edit content
  • No access to settings

Authentication

Users authenticate via Google SSO. Only emails from @applivery.com are allowed.

To grant someone access:

  1. Add their @applivery.com email above with the desired role
  2. Share the login URL with them
  3. They sign in with Google — their account will be linked automatically

Users added here will show as Pending until their first login.
